Bryan Larason Joins ROE Visual Team as Business Development Manager

Chatsworth, CA (July 2023) – ROE Visual is proud to announce that Bryan Larason has joined the US team as Business Development Manager. In this role, he will continue to establish long-term business development strategy while strengthening ties with current partners and affiliates. The new position will fall under the Business Development department, led by its Vice President, Nick Jevons.

In line with the company’s dedication to expansion and outreach in new and existing markets, the role will involve identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies across a range of different fields. Specifically, Bryan’s addition to the team comes at a perfect time as ROE panels continue to dominate the virtual production and extended reality space. His experience in entertainment production and passion for relationship building have been a welcome supplement to the company.

Before starting at ROE, Bryan held a similar role in business development at Aputure Lighting, engaging with virtual production stages and professionals to drive revenue. Prior to this, he acquired a stark interest in entertainment production while working for Digital Domain and on the set of numerous creative projects. Throughout his career, he has shown a strong focus on bringing people together as well as educational outreach. Bryan is an alum of Campbellsville University and Peking University in Beijing, China where he received his MS in International Relations.

Since his time with the company, Bryan has pioneered a new educational program at the ROE Stage in Chatsworth. The “CaseStudy” outreach aims to get working DPs and cinematographers on a virtual production stage, learning the ins and outs of the technology firsthand. Participants will be paired with a mentor in the field who will provide insight and guidance into their proposed concept. By the end of the experience, they will have deepened their OSVP expertise, forged valuable connections in the space, and created a project of their choosing.
