While the adaption of virtual production techniques for broadcast environments is taking place steadily, there's still an information and knowledge gap that sometimes prevents producers from taking the leap. At the MPTS exhibition, ROE Visual will provide live demonstrations of GhostFrame, highlighting its unique features and benefits. Broadcasters can witness first-hand how GhostFrame can improve their live multi-camera broadcasting experience by providing a secure way to use a multi-camera setup live and familiarize themselves with the benefits of this technology.
"The fact that GhostFrame enables to switch cameras in a live environment safely is a huge breakthrough for broadcast productions. It allows the director to see the pre-vis of the camera's shot and makes it possible to make a safe and clean switch between virtual sets or specific angles possible", says Olaf Sperwer, Business Development Virtual Production, ROE Visual.
Commenting on the upcoming exhibition, Roelof Bouwman, Managing Director for ROE Visual Europe, stated, "We are excited to showcase our latest technology and products at the MPTS. GhostFrame is a game-changer in virtual production technology, and we are confident that broadcasters and filmmakers alike will appreciate its unique features and benefits. We design our LED panels, like the Ruby, to provide the highest-quality visuals for broadcast, and we look forward to demonstrating its capabilities."
ROE Visual will exhibit its latest range of LED solutions. These LED solutions are specifically designed to provide high-quality visuals for broadcast studios, delivering unrivaled visual displays. The Ruby RB1.9BV2 is a fine-pixel pitch LED panel equipped with a high-contrast black LED. Its wide color gamut, with a bit depth of 16bit, creates brilliant visuals. The LED panel has a refresh rate of 7860Hz and a scan ratio of 1/8.
ROE Visual's Black Marble LED floor is in high demand. Used for live events, broadcast productions, and XR stages, the applications of this unique LED floor are manifold. ROE Visual showcases the Black Marble BM2 at the MPTS, now offering this popular LED floor in a mere 2.8mm pixel pitch. Its matte finish provides a non-reflective LED panel, ideal for broadcast or XR stages.
The content for the whole stand runs on an impressive stack of disguise media servers. The two VX2 and one VX4+ machines make the complex setup for the live demonstrations, using a multi-camera setup, possible. The media servers are kindly provided by disguise as part of the partnership program between both industry-leading companies.
