Bright! Studios Invests In ROE Visual LED Panels

Leek, The Netherlands (4 July 2023) – bright! studios, a visual design and technology studio specializing inaugmented reality, virtual production, and digital brand experiences, has recently invested in ROE Visual Ruby RB2.6 LED panels for its new Frankfurt-based facility blank SPACE.

bright! studios is one of Europe's leading service providers in the field of virtual production and augmented reality. Over the past two years, the studio has realized over 3.000 hours of live broadcasted and recorded e-sports tournaments, TV shows, and events, equipped with virtual production workflows.

The investment in 50sqm Ruby RB2.6 LED panels, running on the HELIOS LED processing platform,follows an earlier purchase of ROE Visual's Black Marble BM4 LED panels with Evision LED processing. Encountering some technical limitations of the Evision platform when working with high-level XR applications, the team started looking for an upgrade.

"We introduced the team to the HELIOS LED processing platform that offers many extras in LED processing, especially when working with virtual production technology where a lot of high-level technology needs to work in sync," commented Erik Baum, sales representative for ROE Visual. 

Combining the HELIOS LED processor with the Ruby RB2.6 LED panel, which operates on a higher refresh rate (7680 Hz), results in lesser artifacts for the in-camera work and the 16-bit bit depth, allowing for unmatched color accuracy, bright! studios has invested in a LED wall that is definitely future-ready.
