"It felt great being back on the show floor and catching up with all the fantastic people that make our industry such a great place to work in. The team thoroughly enjoyed reconnecting with old and meeting new contacts here in Barcelona. Being one of the few manufacturers that showcased new LED products, we received very positive feedback. Not really knowing what to expect before the show started, we were pleasantly surprised by the amount and quality of the attendees and can look back on an energetic and very successful show", states Roelof Bouwman, Managing Director for ROE Visual Europe.
Showcasing LED Innovation
ROE Visual showcased its unmatched expertise in LED technology for various applications in the system integration, XR stage, and rental markets. Visitors could explore ROE Visual's latest product developments, like the Ruby-C and the Opal LED panel and innovations such as the GhostFrame technology and have a sneak peek at the latest products and prototypes, like the Ruby 2.6 and Graphite.
Opal – The Versatile LED Platform
Having the freedom to create without restrictions and enabling designs out of the ordinary without customizing your LED panel time and again; that's what inspired ROE Visual to create the Opal LED platform for its fixed install range. Opal can be used indoors or outdoor, uses adaptable 300x300mm LED modules, and has various frame dimensions. Sustainable common cathode technology and 4in1 LED guarantee supreme visual display.
Alongside the Opal platform ROE Visual also showcased the Amber and Jasper LED platform for system integration.
Black Quartz BQ3
The undeniable showstopper was the stunning Black Quartz LED screen. The Black Quartz is available in a superb pixel pitch of 3.9mm or 4.6mm. The Black Quartz stands out with an unrivalled visual performance using only the best components; Black Quartz sports a high contrast ratio and wide color gamut using Black LEDs. High-performance processing cards include functionalities like true natural color, low latency, module calibration, edge correction, HDR10, and high grey scales on low brightness. The Black Quartz LED panels have an incorporated folding wind-bracing truss.
Black Marble BM2
ROE Visual's Black Marble LED floor is in high demand. Used for system integration, live and hybrid events, broadcast, and XR stages, the applications of this unique LED floor are manifold. ROE Visual premiered the Black Marble BM2 at the ISE, now offering this popular LED floor in a mere 2.8mm pixel pitch. Its matte finish provides a non-reflective LED panel, ideal for broadcast or XR stages.
Ruby LED Platform
Flanking the left and right sides of the ROE Visual stand, the new LED panels within the Ruby platform showed off their excellent visual quality. The Ruby RB1.5 and the RB1.9b LED panels demonstrated their outstanding visual performance in a fine pixel pitch. Ruby is entirely HDR adaptive, equipped with advanced driver ICs and LEDs with large color space. Ruby offers precision imagery, showing black in endless scales and fluent gradients, adding excellent color depth and great grayscales to your visuals. Innovative common cathode technology significantly reduces the panel temperature, resulting in efficient heat-dissipation, reduced color differences, higher brightness, and reduced power consumption by 20-25%.
All LED displays in the stand were powered by the HELIOS LED processing platform, while a media server from disguise drove the content for the whole stand.
"Some of the products we launched here have received great feedback and already are in our clients' investment plans. That is ultimately the most satisfying, to see our products perform in the field," states Erik Baum, Business development for EU. "Coming back for next year's edition is a no-brainer. We already are looking forward to it!"
